The future belongs to the brave

Today was not a good day. In the sixteen minute, perilous-because-of-the-ice walk from my house to school, I slipped but managed to stay on my feet about eight times. I slipped and fell flat on my bum twice. I walk by myself so there is no one to laugh about it with. I laughed alone, which I can imagine looked quite weird. The route I take to school has like fifty six other people from my school all walking the same way, so they all had the pleasure of witnessing the farce that is my life. My coccyx is so freaking bruised and my dignity lost.

These are the boots I mentioned last week (please excuse the dirty carpet; wearing them in my room got mud all over it) except they're now a lot dirtier. For your own safety, never wear anything from Shoe Zone in the ice - the soles have absolutely no grip. Refer to above story.

This is a close up of the hat I was wearing in the third photo. It made my head look a bit weird in that shot, can't deny it. Plus, you couldn't see the pattern of the wool too well in that one so I thought this one would showcase it a little better.
